As a Retail Specialist, you possess a strong customer focus that helps you tailor your conversations to the audience in front of you. You’re not afraid to take on new challenges. You advocate for the customer, along with the rest of the retail team, by delivering feedback to improve any processes, internally or externally.
You will be immediately immersed in our culture, gaining a thorough understanding of our product line-up. With training, you will gain product expertise to make you an effective ambassador. Your voice will be valuable, as we work on building in-store experiencesimprovements. In no time, you will be able to identify efficiencies in the overall customer service process. In this role, you will have the opportunity to create and test new retail improvements, and become an expert in the retail sales cycle.
