You’ve got real-world experience working at a help desk, but you’re rarely behind the desk itself. You love to support real humans and answer their toughest questions, but you also love the meditative din of the server room. Your degree isn’t necessarily in computer science, but everyone you know comes to you for help with their computers.
What You’ll Need:
You'll need a genuine interest in and prior experience working with A/V equipment. We’re talking more than just setting up Kodi for your family. Even though you may have made the switch to Apple years ago, you’ll still need to remain proficient with Windows operating systems. You’ll need some ladder safety training, but we can provide that. Most importantly, you’ll need to keep calm under pressure, because here at Thalmic Labs we don't let obstacles stay in our path, regardless of how difficult they are to overcome.
Bonus points for:
Feel like you can’t tick all the boxes above? If you have some of the skills and experience that we’re looking for and are willing to use your talent to learn the rest, we encourage you to apply!
Day-to-day, we challenge each other to constantly raise the bar, encourage unconventional thinking to achieve innovative breakthroughs, and are passionately committed to surpassing our goals.
